Frozen fish

Alongside meat, we trade frozen fish through our network of international suppliers. We quote the most consumed species on request, in the presentation, size and packing each customer needs.

The most common presentations are: whole round; HG (headed and gutted); HGT (headed, gutted and tail off); fillet, skin-on or skinless; loin, steak and portion. Products are supplied block-frozen or IQF (individually quick frozen), usually in 10 to 20 kg cartons.

• Whole round, graded by size (pieces per kilo), block-frozen or IQF.

🐟 Mackerel

• Whole round, HG and fillets, block-frozen or IQF.

🐟 Sardine and round sardinella

• Whole round, graded by size, block-frozen or IQF.

🐟 Blue whiting

• Whole round and HG, block-frozen.

🐟 Hake

• Whole round, HG, HGT, steaks, skin-on and skinless fillets, loins and portions.

🐟 Tuna

• Whole round, loins, steaks and portions.

🐟 Bonito

• Whole round and loins.

🐟 Salmon

• Whole gutted, skin-on and skinless fillets, loins and portions.

🐟 Cod

• HG, skin-on and skinless fillets, loins and portions.

🐟 Alaska pollock

• Fillet blocks, IQF fillets and portions.

🐟 Tilapia

• Whole gutted and fillets.

🐟 Gilthead sea bream and sea bass

• Whole round, whole gutted and fillets.
