APM Traders works in Europe on both sides of the meat trade: we sell Iberian pork and frozen meat to importers, distributors and industry, and we buy raw materials in the main producing countries to process them and adapt them to each customer. We control the origin, quality and traceability of every shipment, from production to delivery.

We are an international frozen meat distributor with direct imports and no intermediaries: we work with full truckloads or mixed pallets, custom packing formats and a technical data sheet for every item.

Priority sales markets

We supply the European market with Iberian pork from our own plant, Jarota Carnes.

Main destinations

• The Netherlands, the Nordic countries and Switzerland: we supply premium Iberian pork cuts (presa, pluma, secreto, cheeks and ribs) to importers, distributors and high-end HORECA.
• Germany: direct, personalised service for industry and distribution, with frozen meat from Spain to Germany by full truckload or mixed pallet.
• Greece and the Balkans: regular supply for distribution and the processing industry.

Priority sourcing markets

Our sourcing model combines our own production, processing in our cutting plant and direct imports from the main producing countries. This guarantees volume, continuity of supply and competitive prices all year round.

Our cutting plant: tailor-made products

Our sourcing is built around our cutting plant, where we receive raw materials fresh and frozen to process and customise them for each customer: cut, size, packing format, vacuum packing or IQF, and labelling to specification. This lets us turn a volume purchase into a product adapted to each destination market.

South America: frozen beef and lamb

We buy and import frozen meat from South America, mainly beef and lamb, for two uses:

• Human consumption: cuts and pieces for distribution, industry and HORECA.
• Animal consumption: meat raw materials for pet food and BARF diet manufacturers.

Europe: a supplier network in the main producing countries

In Europe we source from Italy, France, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and the United Kingdom, among other countries, and mainly from Poland, one of the continent's largest meat producers. Buying within the EU gives us logistical agility, short transit times and meat with EU quality certification.
