Poland: buying and importing pork, beef and chicken

Poland is one of Europe's largest meat producers, with capacity in every species. It is one of the countries where APM Traders concentrates most of its purchasing, both by full truckload and by pallet, which lets us tailor each operation to the volume and turnover each customer needs.

We import directly to Spain, with no intermediaries, and the goods can be sold as they are or go through our cutting plant to be processed and customised to each customer's specification: cut, size, packing format and labelling.

Main meat products from Poland to Spain

1. Pork

Polish pork is one of our main purchasing lines. Cuts such as belly, cheek or jowl supply distribution, HORECA and the processing industry, while tails, front feet, hind feet and fat meet demand from communities with very specific cuisines and from the meat industry.

2. Beef

We buy Polish beef for industry and distribution: lean meat and trimmings with the lean percentage each manufacturer requires, hindquarter cuts for cutting and sale, and high-value culinary products such as oxtail and beef cheek.

3. Chicken

Poland is one of the largest poultry producers in the EU. We import boneless breast and boneless thigh for distribution and food service, and trimmings and wishbone meat as raw material for industry.
