Distance makes transport from Greece more expensive than from other European origins. 6-way cut carcasses are one of our most requested items: the carcass is divided into six pieces, which makes transport, storage and handling at destination easier. Whole goat carcasses and goat lean meat and lamb & goat lean meat supply distribution and the processing industry.

Stomachs and other offal go to the pet food industry, as meat raw material for manufacturers of pet food, treats and BARF diets.

2. Pork

In pork, our purchases in Greece focus mainly on offal for the pet food industry, complementing supply from other European origins.
